Near Burgos and Jupiter Street is Antel Lifestyle City, more popularly called A. Venue, a 5,777-sq.-m. complex comprised of an entertainment mall with an integrated boutique hotel and events venue. Through its restaurants, dynamic bars, and a spacious hall that hosts international and local events, A. Venue and its developers hope to bring Makati Avenue’s nightlife back into the tourist map.

Out of the mold

A. Venue’s centerpiece, A. Venue Mall, might not offer as many attractions or spaces as SM malls, but it is envisioned to break the mold of mall architecture by donning a modern Asian look, complemented with luxuriant landscaping.

Restaurants

The three-storey mall includes a number of restaurants including Artina Gallery Café, Fluke! Cuisine From Home, Gasthof Resto & Deli, Oki Oki Japanese Restaurant, Padrino Ristorante, Plate & Yummy, Shin Dang Dong, Korean Restaurant, and Zenses Neo-Shanghai Cuisine. For a quick bite, there are the diners Burger Avenue, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Focaccia A Slice of Italy, Naked Juice Bar, The Sicilian Express, and Supper Doggs Hotdogs & Burgers. Some of these establishments have a veranda or outdoor tables, from which visitors may smoke or enjoy al-fresco dining.

For dining complemented with cocktails and disco ambience, the places to be in A. Venue are Texas BBQ Bar and Restaurant, Botong’s Up, Capone’s Bistro, 360 Resto Bar, Attica Bar & Lounge, and Club Bureau. Alongside these entertainment facilities are shops providing different services. Among these are Angelista Salon, Beppo’s Barber Shop, Enhance Dental Clinic, Zoombic Kodak, Ok Eche Optical, Clinic Skin Central, Sanry’s Money Changer, Up In Smoke Cigarette Kiosk, and the antiques store, The Vint Shop.

Events and accommodations

The life of the party in A. Venue is A. Venue Hall, which hosts concerts, trade shows, fashion shows, electronic music festivals, and other high-end events like Big Fish parties, which cater to both local and international audiences.

Beside the hall is Serenity Tower and Antel Spa Residence, a boutique hotel and condominium complex being envisioned to bring together conveniences of hotel living and the comforts of spa. When finally completed, the hotel and condominium towers will include a wellness academy that will offer fitness training courses to its tenants.
